Why did my order come in multiple boxes?

It is because we source our products from different warehouses. Doing this allows for faster shipping and lower shipping costs.

Where do I get coupons?

Great question! We give out coupons to customers who have joined our mailing list. Typically on birthdays or around holidays. We also spontaneously drop them on Instagram, so make sure you follow us there!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made to order process of all our products we are UNABLE to accept Returns or Exchanges.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. Due to the process to make our products, we will not be able to cancel an order 24 hours after the purchase was made.
